REDS midfielder Dwayne Mattis is edging closer to a return after ten weeks out with a fractured leg.

Physio Richard Kay told www.barnsleyfc.co.uk: "Dwayne is also doing pretty well at the moment. He goes back to the fracture clinic this week and should be able to seriously step up his rehab work now.

"He is about ten weeks post break now and we will hopefully have him running again soon. Dwayne should be fit to play in February".
