CARLISLE DEAL UNLIKELY FOR REID
CARLISLE manager John Ward admits a deal for Reds defender Paul Reid looks unlikely.
Ward said: "I'm aware of Paul and we have talked about him, but that's as far as it's gone. We didn't try and get him here permanently because Keogh was our priority. I don't think that's going to happen now so we've got to look elsewhere.
"I'm aware of Paul Reid as you would expect me to be as manager of a football club. But he belongs to another club and it's not right that I sit here and discuss him when he's playing for Barnsley."
