FORMER Barnsley midfielder Stephen McPhail has won a recall to the Irish squad for the first time in four years.
McPhail, who now plays for Cardiff City, has not pulled on an Irish jersey since 2004 but has been named in Giovanni Trapattoni's first squad for the games with Serbia and Columbia.
