CARDIFF TARGET CHOPRA - REPORT
CARDIFF City are targeting a return for former Barnsley loan star Michael Chopra, if today's transfer rumours are to be believed.
Today's Daily Mirror reads:
FA Cup-chasing Cardiff City boss Dave Jones is bidding to bring back Michael Chopra from Sunderland - for less than HALF the money he sold him for.
Chopra is available at the end of an in-and-out campaign for the Black Cats, with boss Roy Keane willing to cash in on his £6m signing after just a year.
Jones is plotting a £2.5million bid, armed with cash from the sale of Aaron Ramsey
Chropa spent a season on loan at Oakwell after signing in 2004. He hit 17 goals in 42 first team games.
